I wanted to create a classroom that felt colorful and welcoming without making the room feel too busy.

That is what I like about calm classroom decor. You can still use color and fun pieces throughout the room, but everything feels a little softer and more pulled together.

When I put together my Calm Colors Decor Bundle, I used watercolor-inspired colors that could work throughout the classroom without being overwhelming.

Keep Calm Classroom Decor Simple

I like decor that looks nice but is also useful. Labels, name tags, signs, alphabet cards, and posters can all add to the look of the room while still being things you use every day. The editable pieces also make it easy to change things to fit your own classroom.

Use What You Already Have

You do not have to completely redo your room to create a calmer look. Sometimes changing a few labels, signs, or bulletin board pieces is enough to make everything feel more coordinated.

If you are looking for calm classroom decor with soft watercolor colors and editable pieces, you can find my Calm Colors Decor Bundle on TPT.
