I’ve been doing some thinking and I believe that teachers fall into one of two categories.
Category 1
The teachers who have been shopping, printing, laminating, and cutting all summer. They are already decorating their classroom in their head and ready to get back into the building to start setting everything up.
Category 2
The teachers who just need a summer do-over. A little more time to enjoy the peacefulness that only summer break seems to bring.
No matter which category you fall into, we all know the new school year is coming. I put together a few back to school classroom forms that can help make those first weeks a little easier.

Use these passes when a student needs to visit the nurse. There are six passes on each page.
Use this form to let parents know when a student has missing work. You can customize the teacher signature.
This is helpful when a student needs to come in and finish work. The file can be customized with your name.
